Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within Canada. Shipping costs and available options are shown at checkout and depend on the items, supplier and destination. Items from different suppliers may have separate shipping charges, even when the combined order is over CAD $100. Read our shipping policy.
When should I expect my order?
PawzNDogz orders usually arrive within 5 business days of placing your order; NOBA orders usually arrive within 2 business days. These are typical estimates, not guarantees. Check the available delivery estimates at checkout for your address. Delivery for other brands may vary, and items from different suppliers may arrive separately.
Will everything arrive together?
Some products ship from different fulfillment partners, so items in the same order may arrive separately with separate tracking information.
How do returns work?
PawzNDogz and NOBA items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging. There is no return-label fee or restocking fee. Contact us before sending anything back so we can arrange the next steps. For other brands, please contact us to confirm eligibility. Read our return policy.
