Happier Canine is operated by Leonardo Santos in Ontario, Canada. By using happiercanine.ca or ordering, you agree to these Terms and our policies. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
1. ORDERS
You must be the age of majority and provide accurate order information. We accept an order when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel for stock, payment, fraud, pricing, or delivery issues. If we cancel after payment, we will issue the applicable refund.
2. PRODUCTS AND PET SAFETY
We try to describe products accurately, but colours, dimensions, textures, packaging, and appearance may vary. Choose products suitable for your pet. Unless stated otherwise, supervise use, inspect products regularly, and stop use if damaged. Website content is not veterinary advice.
3. PRICES AND SHIPPING
Prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes, shipping, discounts, and totals appear at checkout before payment. Shipping rates and any free-shipping eligibility depend on the items, supplier and destination. Items from different suppliers may have separate shipping charges. We ship only within Canada. Suppliers may ship items directly and separately, so delivery estimates vary. Review estimates at checkout; dates are not guaranteed unless stated. 4. RETURNS
Contact us within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, with your order number and reasonable photo or video evidence. Do not return an item without instructions. Other return eligibility varies by product and supplier under our Return and Refund Policy. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
5. PRIVACY
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Shopify and other providers may process information in Canada or elsewhere to operate the store, subject to law.
6. CONTENT AND SITE USE
Our original brand and site content are owned by or licensed to us. Do not commercially exploit them without permission. Shopify hosts our store but is not the seller. Contact us about products bought from us even when a supplier ships them. Do not use the site unlawfully, violate rights, submit malicious code, gain unauthorized access, interfere with security, or send spam.
7. ERRORS AND LIABILITY
We may correct errors involving descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping, estimates, or availability. If a material error affects an order, we will contact you and provide rights required by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from site use. This does not exclude statutory warranties, consumer remedies, fraud, wilful misconduct, or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. GENERAL
If a provision is unenforceable, the rest continues. These Terms and our policies govern the site and purchases. Ontario law and applicable federal laws of Canada govern, without limiting mandatory rights in your province or territory. We may update these Terms prospectively and give notice where required.
